Careem aims to leverage interactive ad formats across all in-app media channels and online display ad platforms to drive sales and engagement, fostering a seamless and rewarding experience for users while promoting their services effectively.

PROCESS

In our MENA-focused strategy for Careem, we leveraged Grab's success model to enhance user acquisition. Utilizing extensive data from our Data Management Platform (DMP), we crafted a targeted campaign. By employing machine learning and real-time data, we executed precise user-level targeting, ensuring effectiveness. Initiating with intent-based targeting, we identified users showing direct interest in relevant apps. Our machine learning models evolved, pinpointing highly engaged users from app installation onwards. This adaptive approach allowed us to exceed Return on Advertising Spend (ROAS) KPIs. Within a month, we achieved a significant 30% increase in new user acquisition, while fulfilling deep funnel KPIs. This approach not only drove immediate results but also laid a foundation for sustained growth within the Careem ecosystem, showcasing our commitment to enhancing user experience and driving business success.

RESULT
