CAMPAIGN GOAL

The main objective of Pizza Hut was to increase the users in SEA, maintaining the RR and ROAS as well.

PROCESS

Our Strategy in Pizzahut was to target and increase user engagement in the SEA region, along with maintaining the best quality. We have used a mix of programmatic and in-app inventories where the chances of fraud are almost negligible. Just after a month of starting the campaign, we were able to increase the new user acquisition by more than 13.8%, fulfilling the deep funnel KPIs as well. With the help of machine learning algorithms, we were able to deliver them a decent ROAS. Then, our machine learning tool gradually learned the patterns of the users that were most engaged from the day of their installation, which allowed us to target similar users and eventually resulted in beating the defined ROAS KPIs. We are considered among the top partners of Pizzahut in terms of maintaining both the quality and scale.

RESULT

OEMW's strategies drove Pizza Hut's success in SEA: 130K+ installs, 17.9K+ unique orders, with a 13.8% unique orders rate. Maintaining strong RR and ROAS, Pizza Hut expanded while retaining customers.
